My First Macaron Attempt.And no.. that's not my creation.
Anyway... been pondering on this:
Should I actually create a seperate blog... especially dedicated to macarons? Hmmm....
Anyway
the start werent good.
Kinda expected it.
My ganache was SPOILT. still tasty.. but doesnt look pretty. It didnt emulsify properly because of poor temperature control.
Will be trying out the macarons tomorrow.. wish me luck!
