an entry dedicated to RAMEN

my review on the second packet of ramen that we've bought from the Isetan Supermarket at Shaw House the other time.

PRESENTING:

i would say its much nicer than the previous one that i've bought. slightly more expensive (like $2+ more?).
and definitely MUCH nicer than Bishamon!!!!!
& do i have to say it? the ramen stall at Manpuku.
i will also say its nicer than Marutama too.. only prob their soup base is of a different sort. so cant really compare it, right?

so, this is so far the better instant frozen ramen that is good (that ive tried).
Miso based please (no dont get turned off by it being miso. its nothing like the miso soup. totally different~)

here's the inside of the packet.
with garlic & tow gay (beansprouts)
~garlic is used to fry the beansprouts first to bring out the fragrance~

oh corn too!! no photos ^^

& leek too! lotsa it. really brings out the taste!!! but if can, chop it nicer into this sorta size:

like how the japanese do it man!!

but was so hungry that not much effort was put into chopping the leek nicely.

was looking at this photo last night when i was hungry.

it makes me think of the yummy hot soup and the slurpppppy-ly nice bouncy noodles.
