SATURDAY... NUM

Breakfast treats at ECP FOR my mum today :)

(photos extracted from CARLS JR)
had always wanted to try the breakfast there... and finally! today's the chance.
SET comes w tea/coffee/orange juice + nugget hushbrown (love this!)
cost about $12 for the both of us.
furthermore, my pancake was alacarte.
i wont say its fabulous... would RATHER go to Mac or BK instead. seriously.
it's not exactly value for money.
MUCH MUCH prefer mac's pancakes... mum find Carls Jr one was good though.
i will say it tasted like "mee-chang-kua" (thick peanut filled pancake) but with maple.
mum loves the ambience though. she said its like hotel's cafe. haha.
ANYWAY! i love their lunch.
portobello mushrrrrooomssssss :D
oh ya... for non-beef eater, you can actually change the patty to the charbroiled chicken fillet! healthier...
(note that i did not say its healthy.. the heavy yummylicious sauceeeee totally spells s-i-n-f-u-l)

afternoon... about 3pm. (fell asleep again while trying to drag bf outta bed -_____-)
despite the REALLY HEAVY RAIN...
me and bf still headed for TOWN.
just for THIS:
WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
had our lunch before that.
LUNCH WAS AT 4PM... D:
at:

my basil pesto hotate & kani
was so hungry that i started gobbling the food and forgot all about the photo for bf's vongole bonito soup pasta.
mine was good... but i still prefer Waraku's pesto pasta (japanese pasta shop comparison)
bf's vongole bonito soup pasta... definitely needs more taste to it! was disappointing.

*
wanted to catch a movie... WatchMen but most slots were taken :(
*
went back pasir ris for our DINNER!
which was at 7pm. heee.
orders can be done via their "online" system...
or you can do the traditional way... by ordering orally.
its some Korean bbq restaurant.
sauces is good. i love the green one in particular. slight sour+spicy combo w the gingerssss.
bf like the brown one though. cos its saltier. soyasauce+ginger.
second visit there.. food was good but i think its slightly expensive... i mean if you were to compare with Seoul Garden, Han's River, ...
their service it better though. this female manager in particular.
and we both love the meat dumpling. in some bamboo thing.
we get to scoop/scrape out the size of the meat using the spoon given. its soft and tender (think its a combi of chicken fats+mushrooms)
i think its worth a try. not bombastically expensive... affordable :)
spent about $31+ (basic set + alacarte chicken dumpling) :D our first visit was about $70 though.
maybe this time we werent hungry due to the close gap between lunch&dinner. which is a good money saving thing!

my purchases from NUM!
the price of the shirt above is slightly shocking.
because, previously i chose an older design with the country "Germany" but there werent anymore new stock.......
so i asked him for "Japan"... no stock for that design that i had actually wanted..
so he got me another of a diff design.
i didnt check the price.. and D:
after 20% discount... about $70+
but ok la. love this design better though :)
bf got one for himself toooo. but was the older design so only $56 (after the 20% discount)

bought the Mr&Miss series toooooo.
im not exactly the love Mr&Miss series kind of girl due to MANY GIRLS WEARING THE IMITATIONS.
but then again, it was 50% off
$30/shirt only!!!
so well, decided to buy for my UNIVERSITY wardrobe :)
happy. shopping makes me happy.. :D

*
