Homecook, Szechuan & Instant mee

Have uploaded the photos yesterday but after doing so... was feeling kinda down to blog.
Not going into much details about that.

**
But anyway!
Can I blog about food, like AGAIN?
Will be going Gold Coast on Saturday... so YAY! (to those who are sick of looking at my FOOOOOD entries)
Less food entries!

**
One of my dinner..
The lil creme brulee thing (I think it really does looks like Creme Brulee in the photo? Don't you think so?) is actually my friend, Sarah's Baked Potato Salad, without the eggs of course.
I HATE EGGS IF YOU DONT HAPPEN TO KNOW. But will still eat them depending on the situation. Loveeeee scrambled eggs though.

Anyway it's like some trial for the Christmas Day lunch.
& so... because the fat content of the normal mayonnaise horrifies me, I have decided to try with a LOW FAT mayo (I even got the most expensive Low-Fat mayo on the shelf) and IT SUCK!!!!!
Miss her yummy version!!

Will probably try doing a better one with that INNOCENT ACTING ACTOR,
pretending to be all WHITE and PURE but it's actually HIGH IN FATS.

OK. Will think about it.. :S

Anyway, the other day we ordered Crust again.

A slightly better looking (as compared to the another one) Cheese calzone appetizer!
It's addictive!
It's the reason why I've suggested a pizza delivery to bf... :D~~~~

And so.. we've tried other flavours (initially boring bf wanted the same but I managed to convince him somehow)Peri-Peri Chicken - I quite like it!& yes.. MINE! THE SEAFOOD!!!
Much better than that garlic prawn.

Yes. The other time I was talking about mala.
Let me just share with you the so-called Mala 'soup'..
From Dainty SzeChuan. The no soup but only OIL mala.
Chilli oil..... couldnt find the soup!!!!
& Bf got all excited
Ok.. actually by the beef. Not the horrendous looking oily oil in the pot.
Despite the oil, it was actually damn good.
We just wished that we could drink the soup.
We did drink abit.. and its like 99% oil, 1% soup.

Sorry if Mala is supposed to be like oiled.
I've never been to China to taste the authentic ones.. but for the ones that I've eaten in SG, I can actually scoop out the oil. & mummy usually does that. Daddy loves mala and almost eat them once a week till mummy is sooo sick of it.

Nevetheless, it was good.
& their handmade stuff like squid balls, pork balls were SHIOK!!!

Furthermore, it wasnt too pricey.

Ok, I've uploaded the receipt is actually not to show you how much it cost.

Just wanted to zoom in to something:
Please Call Again.
Even the Asian grocer near my place has this "Please Call Again" thing. Either they get the same cashier machine from the same supplier... or it is a..
Trend? For the Asian businessmen in Melbourne.

Anyway, after all the indulgence, we are officially penniless.
Instant mee to feed our hungry tummy!!!! ok, am just kidding :P
