Pistachio Creme Brulee.

You see that red thing sandwiched between the pistachios and the creme brulee?

I didnt really like that strawberry jam initially..

but, after awhile I felt that it gives the balance of sour, sweet and saltiness to this fine dessert.

Will prefer this over the classic creme brulee.

Chocolate Mousse,Creme Brulee Coffee, Chocolate Flourless Biscuit, Milk Chocolate & Dark Chocolate Glaze.

It's light and fluffy!

The creaminess is just right.. love the taste of coffee in it. Gives a good balance of bitterness to the sweet tasting mousse.

Flourless hazelnut sponge with chocolate cream.

What can I say.. it's hazelnut. Mmmmm.

Love the crunchiness for the topping and yepppp.The mousse is so light.
