Black Sesame Paste & the pre-prep for the Cheesecakeeeeeeee


wanted to bake muffins today.. but didnt get enough sour cream :(
wanted to bake cheesecake today.. but didnt get enough cream cheese :(

i even went out to the supermarket to grab a packet of graham cracker for the cheesecake base D:

so.
at 2am, i've decided on an Asian dessert -

Black Sesame Paste.
love it since i was young.
its black and doesnt look appetizing, but it's good!

am probably a neophilia since young so i love trying out new food!
*dont ask me about exotic animals because i dont! ok. more like im a lil-animal eater. used to eat them though when i was young. deers, crocodiles, ducks, frogs, pigeons, blablabla.

anyway,
had bf to try the black sesame dessert one day and he loves it too :D

how was my black sesame? FIRST ATTEMPT!
i was kinda lazy to sieve the black sesame seeds and all....... so it was kinda. rough.
but after cooking, i blended them again for like 20-30mins and now its smoooothalicious.

not much of a paste actually because had to prepare to suit bf's liking
WHY?
i dont wanna be the only one drinking!!! D:
and i will get so fat that my family will probably thought that i ate their daughter up.

while waiting for the black sesame to boil, i had prepared...
the base for tomorrow's baking list!

CHEESECAKE!
can't wait can't wait!
but i dread going to the supermarket tomorrow just for the cream-cheese. ARGH.

too lazy to step outta the house~~~ :| ta-tah.
