Pistachio Creme Brulee.
You see that red thing sandwiched between the pistachios and the creme brulee?
I didnt really like that strawberry jam initially..
but, after awhile I felt that it gives the balance of sour, sweet and saltiness to this fine dessert.
Will prefer this over the classic creme brulee.

It's light and fluffy!
The creaminess is just right.. love the taste of coffee in it. Gives a good balance of bitterness to the sweet tasting mousse.
